Common questions
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. The Passport opens in the phone browser from a QR code scan.
What do exhibitors need to do?
Display their station QR code. Each station gets a printable QR code, with no staff app or handheld scanner required.
Is registration required?
No. Event Registration is a separate paid Enterprise add-on that StampRise enables per Event after discussion, but a Passport can also run on its own.
How does pricing work?
Setup and testing are free. Live public participation requires a paid Event package, chosen by participant capacity and duration: 7, 14, 30 or 365 days. See the pricing page for current USD prices, annual arrangements and Enterprise options. Payment unlocks the package; you still choose when to go live.
Do I need to prepare anything for the walkthrough?
No. It helps to know roughly how many stations and attendees you expect, but we can work through that together on the call.
Can I try it before booking?
Yes. Open the sample Passport on this page from your phone and collect a few stamps yourself. You can also create your own account at stamprise.com/signup and build your own Passport. Setup and testing are free.
