THE MOMENT PEOPLE MOVE

Digital Event Passport for Trade Showswith a reason to roam.

Trade show exhibitors invest heavily in booths and expect traffic in return. A Digital Event Passport creates a structured incentive for participants to visit every exhibitor, particularly the ones tucked into back corners or on the second floor.

No app. Just a scan.

Trade show organisers use StampRise when they want to lift booth traffic across the floor, give exhibitors a credible ROI story, and replace clipboard-driven paper passport games with something that runs itself.

Frequently asked questions

Most trade show organisers can have a working Passport live in about an hour, including station setup, QR generation, and prize rules. Larger shows take longer mostly because of exhibitor coordination.

Not for the basic stamp flow - participants scan the booth QR directly. If you want exhibitors to see their own booth analytics, StampRise offers exhibitor accounts.

Each scan is timestamped and tied to the participant's session. Organisers can review unusual patterns and disqualify entries before prize redemption.

Most participants do, but for accessibility you can also offer a kiosk station at registration that lets staff record stamps on the visitor's behalf.
