How does pricing work?

Pricing is event-sized, not feature-gated. Every paid plan includes the full standard toolkit. Setting up and testing your event is free. You pay one time when you select the participant tier for this event and go live. There are no recurring charges.

What if my event has more than 3,000 participants?

Above 3,000 participants, we move you onto Enterprise. You get custom volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, priority support, and the option of custom domains or feature builds. Talk to our sales team to get a quote.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. Free Setup lets you build the complete event and test it with up to 20 test participants. You only enter payment details when you are ready to unlock the plan and launch publicly.

Will my participant count be enforced?

Yes. Each paid tier has a participant cap, with a 10% operating buffer so a busy live event does not stop exactly at the purchased number. New participants cannot join after that buffer is full until you upgrade. You only pay the difference between tiers.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. Transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Do participants need to download an app?

No. StampRise is 100% browser-based. Participants scan a QR code and their Digital Event Passport opens instantly in their phone browser. Zero friction.

What currency is pricing in?

All prices are in USD. StampRise is available globally and Stripe handles currency conversion at checkout.

Build and test your event for free, then pick the band that matches your expected participant count. Choose Basic, Starter, Growth or Professional. You pay one time for that event and participant tier. Plans start at $150 USD for up to 200 participants. All prices are in US dollars.

Do I pay every month?+

No. Every paid tier is a one-time payment for that event and participant tier. There is no monthly fee or recurring charge.

What happens if I upgrade later?+

You only pay the difference. If you started on Growth ($950 USD) and your event grows past 1,500 participants, moving to Professional ($1,800 USD) costs you $850 USD - no double-charging.

What happens when I reach my participant cap?+

Every paid tier includes a 10% operating buffer so a busy event does not stop exactly at the purchased number. Once the buffer is full, new participants cannot join until you upgrade. Existing participant data and activity stay intact.

How long can an event run?+

Standard plans support events up to 7 days long. If your conference, festival, or activation runs longer than that, talk to us about Enterprise. There's no hard cap on event duration there.

When should I move to Enterprise?+

If your event has more than 3,000 participants, runs for more than 7 days, you run multiple events on an annual contract, or you need custom domains, a dedicated account manager, priority SLA support, or procurement/MSA paperwork.

Do I need a credit card to start?+

No. Setting up your account and building your event is completely free. No credit card needed. You only enter payment details when you choose a plan and go live.
