No. You can sign up free, build a test Passport, and try the participant flow yourself. A guided demo is helpful for a large event, sponsor reporting, team competition, or a more complex station journey.
Yes. Setting up your account and building your event is free. You can explore the toolkit and run a demo event at no cost. NFC and Google Wallet are live with self-service setup. Event Registration is a separate paid Enterprise add-on that StampRise enables per Event after discussion. A paid Event package is required to go live.
Most guided walkthroughs take 15-20 minutes. We focus on your event type and the flow you actually need to run.
Participants scan the welcome QR with their phone camera, open their Digital Event Passport in the browser, and start collecting stamps. No app download is required.
Choose from six Games: Match & Remember for product-benefit memory pairs, Find the Features for image hotspots with clues, Build the Right Solution for customer scenarios, Sort It Out for category sorting, Put It in Order for sequencing steps with up/down controls, or Spot the Mistakes for image mistake areas with corrections and an accessible mixed list alternative. Participants learn through feedback and retries, then earn a stamp on completion; a perfect first try is not required. An optional timer is informational. Custom game requests are submitted by signed-in organisers or exhibitors from the station editor; custom development is quoted separately with no automatic charge.
