Step 1: Create Your Event

Sign up for free, click "Create Event", and fill in the basics - event name, date, and your brand colours. Upload your logo if you want the stamp card to match your event branding. That's it for setup.

Step 2: Add Your Stations

Stations are the locations participants will visit and scan - booths, stages, checkpoints, sponsor areas, whatever you need. Add each station with a name and optional description. StampRise automatically generates a unique QR code for each one.

You can also choose between "open mode" (anyone can scan) and "registered mode" (participants register with their name and email first). Registered mode is great for lead capture.

Step 3: Set Up Prizes

Add milestone rewards - for example, visit 3 stations to earn a branded t-shirt, complete all stations to enter the grand prize draw. You can also set up a spin-the-wheel game that participants unlock when they complete their digital stamp card.

Step 4: Enable the Leaderboard

Turn on the live leaderboard with one toggle. Choose whether to rank by stamps collected or points earned. The leaderboard updates in real time as participants scan QR codes.
