How organisers set it up

  1. 1

    Set the visual identity

Use the supported logo, colour and appearance controls. Check text contrast and small-screen readability instead of judging only the organiser preview.

  2. 2

    Review translated content

Enable the appropriate participant languages and supply or review the supported content translations. Check station instructions and labels as well as navigation.

  3. 3

    Test the complete journey

Follow entry, activities and rewards in each intended language. Review documents and emails separately instead of assuming every surface inherits one setting.

What participants experience

Participants see the configured Event identity and can use the available language choices. Missing translations fall back to the supported source content rather than blocking the activity. Changing a display language should not restart an activity or erase saved progress.

Settings and controls

Visual identity and white-label

Standard branding controls and enterprise white-label capabilities are not the same entitlement. Confirm custom-domain and email requirements before including them in an offer.

Content translation

Images containing embedded words remain image assets. Review them separately and do not silently machine-translate legal or consent wording.

Illustrative guided walkthrough

Sample scenario for explanation only. This is not live product data, a screenshot, or a real registration or draw.

Scenario: A visitor trail is prepared for two supported participant languages.

Step 1 of 3

Prepare

The organiser sets the identity and reviews translated instructions.

Reporting

Language and visual settings change presentation, not the meaning of recorded answers, completion or scoring. Keep reporting tied to the original configured activity identities when translated labels are displayed.

Limitations and boundaries

  • Not every branding option is included in every package.
  • Legal copy requires appropriate review; language selection is not permission to alter its meaning.

Frequently asked questions

Display-language changes should preserve the existing activity and saved progress.

No. Custom-domain and white-label features have separate package and setup requirements.
