Photo Wall: Batch shown on grid and presenter screen
How organisers set it up
- 1
Enable the appropriate wall
Configure the Photo Wall for the relevant Passport and decide which audience should see it. Review participant-feed and presenter requirements separately.
- 2
Explain sharing and review
Tell participants what may be displayed and use the applicable sharing and review controls. Check that images are appropriate for publication.
- 3
Test the display
Open the participant view and the presenter view on their intended devices. Review image framing, connectivity and how newly eligible photos appear.
What participants experience
Where the feature is enabled, participants can view the event's eligible shared photos and browse earlier images. A participant's task proof can remain an operational submission without becoming a public contribution. Staff should provide a clear route for concerns about displayed content.
Settings and controls
Participant feed
The participant feed is opt-in at the event configuration level. Its availability should not be implied for every Passport.
Presenter view
Use the dedicated display to show photos on a screen. Preserve readable, photo-shaped framing rather than treating uploads as background decoration.
Illustrative guided walkthrough
See how Photo Wall could play out
Sample scenario for explanation only. This is not live product data, a screenshot, or a real registration or draw.
Scenario: A conference invites participants to share an activity photo on its event wall.
Reporting
Manage the wall's available photos and use the supported export workflows when needed. Access to an archive or a shared image still carries privacy and reuse obligations; a public display is not unrestricted permission to use the image elsewhere.
Limitations and boundaries
- Photo-proof completion and permission to share are separate decisions.
- Do not publish sensitive images or bystanders' details without an appropriate basis and review.
