QR station stamp: Participant scans the station code and completes its activity
How organisers set it up
- 1
Create the station
Choose a recognisable name and clear instructions. Add the completion activities appropriate to the booth or location.
- 2
Prepare the correct QR
Use the generated station link and QR poster. Check that the printed code opens the intended station rather than only the welcome page.
- 3
Test before going live
Try joining, completing and returning on a phone. Test a printed sample at its intended size, lighting and location, with the actual venue connection.
What participants experience
Participants join through the configured entry flow, open station links and complete the required activities. Their Passport shows recorded progress. Returning participants should use the supported recovery or existing Passport access rather than create unnecessary duplicate identities.
Settings and controls
Completion methods
Choose a simple scan activity or supported questions, tasks, games and staff involvement. Opening a link alone does not satisfy every type of station.
Availability and visibility
Review active status, time restrictions and route requirements. A station hidden from discovery can still be reachable by its direct link according to the configured rules.
Illustrative guided walkthrough

Sample scenario for explanation only. This is not live product data, a screenshot, or a real registration or draw.
Scenario: An exhibition uses one welcome sign and a different code at each booth.
Reporting
Station stamp counts describe recorded completions. They are not a count of every QR attempt or every person physically near the station. Keep Passport participants separate from overall venue attendance.
Limitations and boundaries
- Public QR links can be shared and do not independently prove physical presence.
- Browser-based access removes installation, not the need for connectivity and participant assistance.
FAQ
