Reward redemption: Stamps complete, reward unlocked
How organisers set it up
- 1
Define the offer
Write the reward description, terms and any quantity limit. State whether the benefit is guaranteed subject to availability or depends on a draw or wheel outcome.
- 2
Configure the requirements
Review the supported stamp or points gates and any activity-specific constraints. Test someone just below the target, not only a fully eligible participant.
- 3
Choose collection and brief staff
Select the collection method appropriate to the reward. Explain duplicate handling, closing time and who can resolve exceptions.
What participants experience
The participant sees the reward and its requirements, completes the necessary activities and follows the collection instructions when eligible. A staff-assisted reward needs the supported verification step. For Lucky Draw prizes, a recorded win is required in addition to entry eligibility.
Settings and controls
Collection modes
Use staff verification when a handover needs operational control. Instant or honour-based workflows suit different stakes and should be explained honestly.
Terms and quantities
Match stock, deadline and eligibility wording to the configuration. A public reward description should not promise benefits the organiser cannot fulfil.

Sample scenario for explanation only. This is not live product data, a screenshot, or a real registration or draw.
Scenario: A participant has finished the required activities and approaches a staffed prize desk.
Reporting
Separate eligible participants, awarded outcomes and actual recorded collections in operational reports. Use the redemption record rather than a participant's screenshot as the sole evidence for a repeat handover.
Limitations and boundaries
- Changing collection mode does not make an ineligible participant eligible.
- Lucky Draw entry alone never authorises winner-prize collection.
