Leaderboard rounds: Round 1 standings
How organisers set it up
- 1
Define timing and scoring
Create the round periods and check that they do not overlap. Review the scoring metric and explain when a participant's activity counts.
- 2
Configure results and prizes
Decide what finalisation means, how winners will be displayed and whether a round has prizes. Rehearse the operational process before announcing it.
- 3
Review before finalising
Check recorded activity and the applicable rules. Finalisation preserves a result snapshot rather than leaving the prize decision attached to a changing live table.
What participants experience
Participants follow the active round's timing and score rules. When the round closes and results are finalised, they can consult the available historical result. A later round offers another scoring period; it does not silently rewrite the earlier prize decision.
Settings and controls
Schedules and deadlines
Only one round is live at a time. Review scheduled boundaries and deadlines before the event starts.
Undo and collection
Undo preserves history and clears the round's scheduled timestamps. A finalisation with an already collected round prize cannot simply be undone and reassigned.

Sample scenario for explanation only. This is not live product data, a screenshot, or a real registration or draw.
Scenario: An organiser runs a morning round followed by a separate afternoon round.
Reporting
Captured scoring and finalised results provide a history of the competition. Older awards may have historical scoring limitations where original point values were not stored. Erasure and tightened display privacy still apply to historical winner information.
Limitations and boundaries
- Finalisation and physical prize collection are separate records.
- A correction must not silently invalidate an already collected prize or erase audit history.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The supported schedule uses non-overlapping rounds with only one live at a time.
The system blocks undo when a round prize has already been collected. A collection correction requires a separate controlled process.
