Lucky draw reveal: Eligible entries ready

How organisers set it up

  1. 1

    Configure the draw

Create a Lucky Draw reward, explain the entry requirements and set the total number of winners. Review ticket settings and any assigned-station requirements.

  2. 2

    Prepare the reveal

Choose the supported winner name display and reveal style. Rehearse the presenter or operator flow and agree who is authorised to operate the draw.

  3. 3

    Plan collection

Publish clear terms, timing and fulfilment instructions. Test that an entrant who has not won cannot collect a winner's reward.

What participants experience

Participants meet the configured entry conditions and follow the entry flow. Winners are selected by the service and then presented using the chosen reveal. A non-winner remains an entrant rather than a prize claimant, and a winner follows the configured collection process.

Settings and controls

Eligibility and entries

Stamp, points and applicable assigned-station rules govern access. Optional visits do not replace outstanding required assignments.

Winner presentation

Choose an appropriate name display and supported reveal. A dramatic animation does not independently choose or change the winner.

Illustrative guided walkthrough

Sample scenario for explanation only. This is not live product data, a screenshot, or a real registration or draw.

Scenario: A trade show draws a prize after its Passport participation period.

Step 1 of 3

Enter

A participant satisfies the entry requirements and enters the draw.

Reporting

Review actual entries, recorded winners and collection status separately. Finalising the winner list is not evidence that prizes were physically handed over. Check the current notification workflow rather than promising an immediate email with every reveal.

Limitations and boundaries

  • Winner quantity locks once drawing starts.
  • Entry is not collection, and the reveal animation is not a second selection process.

Frequently asked questions

Not for a Lucky Draw. Completion may provide entry eligibility; an actual win is still required.

No. It presents a winner selected by the service.
