How organisers set it up
- 1
Configure the participant route
Use Passport Settings and Participant route to select the station pool and assignment requirement. Keep this separate from editing the station activities themselves.
- 2
Review eligibility
Use eligible active, visible manual stations. Hidden, inactive, archived and agenda stations are not interchangeable members of this pool.
- 3
Test before admission
Enable the configuration before real assignments begin. Check the participant's required set, optional visits and the reward eligibility messages.
What participants experience
A participant receives a fixed set of required stations. They can visit those stops in a suitable order and may visit additional stations, but optional activity does not replace an outstanding required assignment. The assigned set persists through supported recovery and returning access.
Settings and controls
Stable requirements
Configuration freezes once real assignments begin, so participants are not given moving targets.
Unavailable stations
Use the supported replacement workflow if a required station becomes unavailable. Preserve completed credit and avoid duplicate assignments.

Sample scenario for explanation only. This is not live product data, a screenshot, or a real registration or draw.
Scenario: An expo chooses a smaller required route from its participating exhibitor pool.
Reporting
Review assignments and recorded completion to distinguish opportunity from actual participation. A balanced allocation is not a promise of balanced physical traffic, sponsor interest or leads.
Limitations and boundaries
- The current feature is for individual Passports, not teams or treasure hunts.
- Applicable Lucky Draw eligibility checks still require outstanding assignments even when the total stamp count is high.
