Interactive map: Floor plan imported, page chosen from a PDF
How organisers set it up
- 1
Add the floor plan
Upload an image, or a PDF and use the page picker to choose the page that holds your plan.
- 2
Pin your stations
Place each station on the plan. Move pins until they match the real venue layout.
- 3
Preview as a participant
Use the participant preview to see which pins appear under hunt and assignment rules, then publish when it looks right.
What participants experience
Participants open the map from their Passport and see station locations on the plan. What appears can follow the Event's hunt order and assigned stations, so a person is not shown stops that are not meant for them yet.
Settings and controls
PDF page selection
Multi-page PDFs are supported by choosing a single page to use as the plan.
Participant-specific preview
Check the map against hunt and assignment rules before launch instead of guessing what each person will see.
Illustrative guided walkthrough

Sample scenario for explanation only. This is not live product data, a screenshot, or a real registration or draw.
Scenario: An expo imports page two of a venue PDF and pins twelve stations.
Reporting
The map is a wayfinding aid. Visits and completions still appear in your station and journey reporting. The map itself does not track participant location.
Limitations and boundaries
- Maps do not track where participants physically are.
- Pin accuracy depends on how carefully you place stations. Walk the venue and check before opening.
