Career Fair & Recruitment Expo Template

This template seeds Careers Expo 2026 with a registration desk, twelve employer stands, a government desk and a CV review desk. Every employer stand carries the same short survey: what role you want, when you can start, and consent for the employer to make contact. That third answer is a consent record attached to the lead each employer downloads. Exhibitor access is ready so you can add each employer and turn on their lead download. There is no leaderboard, and the draw keeps last names off the big screen to protect candidates.

How the template works

  • Fourteen stands are seeded; each employer stand carries the same three-question survey.
  • The survey's consent question attaches to the lead the employer downloads as a CSV.
  • No leaderboard runs, and rewards unlock at 5, 10 and 12 stands.

Example reward rules

  • Expo tote at 5 stands (500 in stock), collected from the registration desk.
  • CV review at 10 stands (100 slots), booked by showing the screen at the CV Review Desk.
  • Prize Draw at 12 stands, three winners, with last names kept off the big screen for privacy.
  • The leaderboard is off. A public ranking of job seekers is inappropriate.

Attendee instructions

  • Step 1: Start your passport: No app and no password. Open it in your browser.
  • Step 2: Visit the stands: Scan the QR at each employer stand you speak to.
  • Step 3: Register your interest: A short question at each stand tells the employer what you are looking for.
  • Step 4: Claim your rewards: A tote at 5 stands, a CV review at 10, and the draw at 12.
