Trade Show & Exhibition Template

Built for a busy exhibition floor, this template seeds Tech Expo 2026 with a registration desk, ten exhibitor booths and a main stage. Attendees stamp each booth from their phone browser using their Digital Event Passport, earning bonus points from quizzes at Nimbus Data and Lumen Security, surveys at GreenLeaf Systems and Orbit Payments, and a staff-verified demo at Acme Robotics. A points leaderboard shows a first name and last initial, and exhibitor access is ready for you to add each booth's own login.

How the template works

Twelve booths are seeded, each with its own QR poster attendees scan on arrival.
Bonus points come from quizzes, surveys and a staff-verified demo at selected booths.
A points leaderboard runs throughout, and four rewards unlock at 3, 6, 9 and 10 booth stamps.

Example reward rules

Coffee voucher at 3 booths, redeemed instantly on screen.
Expo tote at 6 booths (200 in stock), collected from the prize counter.
Spin the Wheel at 9 booths for an instant prize, one spin per attendee.
Grand Prize Draw at 10 booths (requires the registration stamp), drawn live from the main stage with three winners.

Attendee instructions

Step 1: Start your passport: No app and no password. Your Passport opens straight in the browser.
Step 2: Scan at each booth: Find the QR poster on the counter and scan it with your phone camera.
Step 3: Answer to earn more: Quizzes and surveys at selected booths add bonus points.
Step 4: Claim your rewards: A coffee at 3 booths, a tote at 6, spin the wheel at 9, and the grand draw at 10.

Yes. Exhibitor access is switched on with no records seeded. Add an exhibitor to each booth to give them their own dashboard and lead download.

Selected booths carry a quiz or survey. Answering correctly earns bonus points on top of the booth's base stamp, so a completed floor rewards engagement, not just footfall.

Yes. Every booth, quiz, survey and reward threshold is editable after you create the event.
