Consumer Expo & Vendor Show Template

This template seeds Lifestyle Expo 2026 with an entry desk, eighteen vendor stalls and a prize counter. Every stall is a plain scan with no quizzes, because twenty quizzes would be too much friction for walk-up shoppers, so attendees move fast and stamp their Passport at each counter. A stamps leaderboard shows a first name and last initial, and exhibitor access is ready for each vendor to see their own footfall. Rewards escalate: a spin at five stalls, a gift bag at ten, and a grand draw at fifteen pulled live at 4:30 PM.

Spin the Wheel at 5 stalls for an instant prize at the Prize Counter, one spin per attendee.
Expo gift bag at 10 stalls (400 in stock), collected from the Prize Counter.
Grand Draw at 15 stalls, drawn live at the Prize Counter at 4:30 PM with five winners.
Every stall is scan-only with no quizzes, so a walk-up crowd keeps moving.

Attendee instructions

Step 1: Start your passport: No app and no password. Open it in your browser.
Step 2: Visit the stalls: Twenty stalls. Scan the QR code on each counter.
Step 3: Unlock as you go: Spin the wheel at 5 stalls and a gift bag at 10.
Step 4: Enter the draw: Fifteen stalls puts you in the draw, pulled live at 4:30 PM.
