AI Passport Assistant: Organiser describes one change
How organisers set it up
- 1
Open the assistant
Open the AI Assistant in the Passport workspace and read the short usage guide.
- 2
Describe one change
Name the station, prize or session and say exactly what to change. Start with one change at a time. An attached image is analysed only unless you choose Use as artwork and confirm.
- 3
Review the outcome
Small, safe edits save automatically and the participant preview refreshes. Removals and broad changes wait for Confirm change or Cancel.
What participants experience
Participants never see the assistant. They see the updated Passport after an edit is saved, so test the participant preview after each change.
Settings and controls
What it can edit
Passport details, stations, prizes and agenda sessions in the existing Passport. Anything unsupported is met with guidance to the right settings, support or a feature request.
Confirmation and cancel
Deleting things and broad changes always need your explicit confirmation. Cancelling saves nothing.
Illustrative guided walkthrough
See how AI Passport Assistant could play out
Sample scenario for explanation only. This is not live product data, a screenshot, or a real registration or draw.
Scenario: An organiser needs to rename a station and add a session the day before opening.
Reporting
Chat text and edit outcomes are retained until a Super Admin deletes them, for support and product improvement. Your messages, any attached image and the Passport's details are sent to the AI provider to prepare edits.
Limitations and boundaries
- It never publishes an Event and never changes billing or the package.
- Edits are checked against the Passport's current state, and a stale suggestion is refused rather than applied.
