Station quiz: Question appears at the station

How organisers set it up

  1. 1

Add a quiz to a station

Open the station's activity settings and choose Quiz. Write a clear question that fits the time available at the stop.

  2. 2

    Configure the answer choices

Provide meaningful text labels and the correct answer or supported answer set. Optional question and answer images supplement the wording; they should not make the question impossible without the image.

  3. 3

    Review scoring and activity order

Check the station's points and other activities. Completing a question does not bypass another required task. Test both correct and incorrect answers before using the station publicly.

What participants experience

The participant opens the station, reads the question and selects the requested answer or answers. The activity returns feedback through the configured flow. Once all required station activities are satisfied, the participant can receive the station's stamp and continue their Passport.

Settings and controls

Text and image questions

Use an image only when it helps understanding. Keep answer labels explicit and check small-screen legibility.

Answer sets and scoring

Select-all questions require the configured set, not just one correct choice. Review the actual scoring settings instead of promising a particular number of points.

Sample scenario for explanation only. This is not live product data, a screenshot, or a real registration or draw.

Scenario: A product booth asks which safety check should happen before a demonstration.

Step 1 of 3

Read

The participant reads the question after the demonstration.

Reporting

Review saved quiz answers and recorded station completion in the available organiser reports. Historical records created before answer storage was added may not include a chosen answer. A response shows what was submitted, not independent proof of learning.

Limitations and boundaries

  • Do not publish answer keys in participant instructions.
  • Quiz completion is not a secure examination result or evidence of a qualified sales lead.
